DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... East Fork White River at Shoals. East Fork White River near Rivervale. East Fork White River at Williams. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... East Fork White River near Bedford. . Minor Flooding on the East Fork White from Bedford down to Shoals will continue into early next week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Fork White River at Shoals. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, West River Road east from Shoals flooded in at least two locations. Residential area near McBrides Bluff isolated by high water. Low lying county roads east of McBrides Bluff also flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 22.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM EDT Saturday was 25.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
