East Fork White River at Williams. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... East Fork White River near Bedford. . Minor Flooding on the East Fork White from Bedford down to Shoals will continue into early next week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Fork White River at Williams. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 8.6 feet, Water is on State Road 450 at the railroad trestle just east of Williams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Tuesday morning and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
